Robert Estupinian BA, MBA, JD, RFC, GRI, CRS

Mr. Estupinian began his real estate career in 1986 as a senior mortgage specialist and manager of a national lending company. Several years later he expanded his interests and began working as a Realtor® specializing in multi-residential properties. This led to further interests in and a move to financial planning, taxation, and estate planning. After finishing a comprehensive set of courses and examinations, as well as earning an MBA, he was awarded the designation of a Registered Financial Consultant. Today, Mr. Estupinian counsels many taxpayers nationwide in structuring and completing their 1031 tax deferred exchanges. Through experience and expertise, Mr. Estupinian is able to provide his clients with an assortment of viable capital gains solutions. In 1998, Mr. Estupinian was inducted into the "Who's Who of Finance and Real Estate Professionals." Mr. Estupinian currently holds the title of C.E.O of Vesta Strategies, a nationwide 1031 exchange accommodator.

Rob Robbins

Mr. Robbins currently serves as Senior Vice President for Vesta Strategies a nationwide 1031 exchange accommodator. As a 20 year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Rob has managed brokerage firms, negotiated hundreds of transactions, and personally developed 40,000 sq. ft. of commercial buildings. Rob has taught college level classes part-time for many years. He first taught as an Adjunct Professor for the University of Phoenix and later he served as an Adjunct Professor in both the marketing and finance departments for California State University, Fullerton. Rob earned an MBA degree from USC. With experience as a broker, university professor and 1031 accommodator, Rob is in a unique position to coach others on the advantages and pitfalls of the exchange process.

Melanie McLane

Ms. McLane first became a real estate sales associate in 1975. By 1978, she was already a partner in the company, a Certified Residential Appraiser, and instructor. To date, she has worked as an instructor with multiple prominent Pennsylvania real estate schools and colleges for both real estate and appraisal licensing. This led to her revising and developing courses for the schools' purposes, as well as smaller custom client courses. Melanie has even worked as a Subject Matter Expert for the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission to aid in writing and designing certification exams.

Ms. McLane currently serves as President of Evelyn Jackson Appraisal Services, an Associate Broker for Fish/GMAC, and instructor for Pennsylvania College of Technology, Pennsylvania Realtor's Institute, and the Pennsylvania State Assessor's Association. She may be reached at info@agentcampus.com

Ed Thomas

Mr. Thomas has worked in the Real Estate industry since 1981 and as an Appraiser since 1991. He was formerly the Director of Appraisal for the entire Williamson County Appraisal District, overseeing all appraisals and managing the division directors.

Ed currently serves as a broker and tax consultant, often providing expert testimony on a variety of tax appraisal cases regarding commercial, ranch, and residential sales and development. He has also worked as a developer in several prominent real estate developments in Texas.

Mr. Thomas' extensive expertise in appraisal and tax law makes him a wonderful subject matter expert in the real estate and appraisal fields.

Carol Yeje

Ms. Yeje teaches pre-licensing courses for GMAC in Georgia. She also currently serves as the State Director of the Cherokee Association of Realtors in addition to other former positions as Chairman of committees. During her years in the Real Estate industry, she has served as managing broker, recruiter, and trainer for multiple firms, designing new training materials and processes to facilitate instruction.

Carol has written numerous pre- and post-license courses approved by GREC and used to train real estate agents. She earned an MA in Psychology as well as the SRES, ABR, ASR, CIPS, and GRI real estate designations.

Ms. Yeje's experience with personal and distance learning in real estate make her an invaluable asset for training new agents.

Carlton Segars

Carlton H. Segars, Jr., GRI, DREI, is the CEO and founder of FYI Seminars, a company that develops and delivers real estate education courses. He is both an appraisal instructor and an AQB-certified USPAP instructor. In addition, he is an adjunct faculty member at Midlands Technical College teaching all of the pre-license and continuing education appraisal classes as well as the home inspection pre-license classes. Carlton is a certified residential appraiser (and CEO) at Segars & Associates, a full-service residential appraisal firm he founded more than 25 years ago. He is also currently serving his second, full term on the South Carolina Appraisers Board.

Another significant achievement is the fact that Carlton is one of only 110 Distinguished Real Estate Instructors (DREI) in the United States. At the DREI presentation ceremony, Review Committee members commented that Carlton ".brings excellent group exercises, topic delivery, and visual demonstrations to the classroom." It was also noted that ".he knows his material and works very hard to make sure his students understand what is being presented." His good sense of humor, engaging personality, and ability to handle questions well were also spotlighted.

Tom Dolan

Tom Dolan is a real estate licensee and certified real estate instructor in both Texas and Florida. Dolan specializes in teaching real estate MCE courses. Dolan divides his time between teaching and renovating properties for resale. He has served on the Colleyville Planning and Zoning Board and as Director of Training for the Charles B. Wiggins School of Real Estate in Tampa. Dolan is active in the Colleyville Lions Club. Any free time he has is spent with his family and his horses. While he does not race any longer, he has six retired thoroughbreds that are thoroughly enjoying their retirement.

Additionally he has served three years in the Army, specifically the Army Security Agency. Dolan has also been responsible for all of the production systems for GTE Directories, having spent over 25 years in corporate America. Prior to his early retirement from GTE, he was responsible for all Critical Support Systems and managed a staff of 66 analysts.
