Qualifications to become a Licensed Indiana Home Inspector
Requirements
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Have graduated from high school or have earned a GED
- Proof of liability insurance coverage of at least $100,000.00
- Pay application/license fee of $450.00
Education
- 60 hours of a Board approved pre-licensing course
Testing
- Pass the National Home Inspector Exam provided by the Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors
