Designations: Licensed Oklahoma Home Inspector

Exemptions:

• Individuals inspecting new residences
• Architects
• Engineers
• Individuals holding other occupational licenses who only do inspections within their occupational confines of that license.

Qualifications for becoming a Licensed Home Inspector

Education

• Completed 50 hours of home inspection training or its equivalent

Testing

• Pass the required home inspection exam
