Illinois Appraisers are required to take 28 continuing education hours every 24 months including National USPAP Update (or Equivalent). Each course listed above is certified by IDECC and approved by the AQB. The Illinois Appraisal Board requires that students complete a LIVE, WRITTEN PROCTORED EXAMINATION for all distance education classes. Please contact our office at 1-800-328-2008 for additional information or when you are ready to take your proctored final examination. Thank you!
