Information:
Iowa Appraisers are required to take 28 hours of continuing education every 2 years, including the 7 hour National USPAP Update (or Equivalent) and a 7 hour Residential Report Writing class. Each course listed above is certified by IDECC and approved by the AQB.
Limitations:
A maximum of 14 hours every renewal cycle may be taken online.
