Information:
Tennessee Appraisers are required to complete 28 continuing education hours every 24 months. Of the 28 hours, 7 must be the National USPAP Update or Equivalent. Each course listed above is certified by IDECC and approved by the AQB.
Limitations:
A maximum of 14 continuing education hours are permitted to be completed as distance education each cycle.
