All courses require a monitored examination and affidavit of completion

Pennsylvania Department of Insurance requires that licensed title agents complete 24 hours of continuing education credits every two years.

ATTENTION!
THE
PENNSYLVANIA INSURANCE DEPARTMENT REQUIRES THAT ALL FINAL EXAMS BE TAKEN IN THE PRESENCE
OF AN APPROVED DISINTERESTED 3RD PARTY MONITOR.

NO
COURSE CREDIT WILL BE GRANTED UNLESS A MONITOR IS PRESENT DURING THE FINAL EXAM,
AND AN AFFIDAVIT OF COURSE COMPLETION IS COMPLETED!
