Qualifications to become a Licensed Home Inspectors

Must be 18 years of age and have completed the following education requirements:

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• 90 hours of Approved Home Inspection Education

Additional

• Carry E and O Insurance
• Pass an Examination Administered by the State
