Which Package do I choose: 150hr or 210hr?

The Texas Real Estate Commission requires each student to have the equivalent of 210 classroom hours (seven 30-hour classes) before you are able to apply for a Texas Real Estate License.

If you have no previous related courses, choose the 210 hour course.

If you have two – three hour semester courses on your college transcript (from an accredited college or university) that are related to the topics listed on the Texas Real Estate Commission’s website at:http://www.trec.state.tx.us/education/related.asp, you can expect to receive 60 hours of related credit toward your salesperson’s license. If this is the case, you may choose the 150 hour package.
