Texas Real Estate Salesperson Pre-Licensing Courses

Our Texas real estate license courses packages are designed to provide you the best in real estate licensing education.

We have the following course packages available for you:

150 hour Texas Salesperson Pre-license Package

This course package includes the 5 mandatory core courses required by TREC that are required to become a licensed real estate salesperson. This package is designed for individuals with qualifying college credit.

60 hour Texas Pre-License Add-On Package

This add-on real estate license class package is designed for individuals without qualifying college credits.

We offer these courses in 3 different formats:

• Online: Flash-based animated course with interactive modules to keep you engrossed**
• PDF: Downloadable books which can be printed or saved on your computer**
• Book Correspondence: Traditional home study courses mailed to you**
