The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) requires licensed Salespersons to complete Salesperson Annual Education (SAE) after acquiring their Texas real estate license.
If you were licensed before January 1, 2006, you must take a 30 hour SAE course every year for your 1st, 2nd or 3rd renewal.
If you were licensed on or after January 1, 2006, you must take two 30 hour SAE courses during the first year of renewal.
After you have completed your SAE courses and met the SAE requirements, you are qualified to take Mandatory Continuing Education (MCE) courses.
Our Salesperson Annual Education courses are designed to provide you the best in real estate licensing education. We offer these courses in 3 different formats:
Please note that all 3 formats have online quizzes and exams.
Please contact our Enrollment Specialist Team to get more information about our course formats.
We have the following course packages available to satisfy your SAE requirements:

How to Build a Real Estate Practice provides information on how to successfully operate a business, teaches professional skills necessary to provide high-quality service to clients, discusses risk management and compliance within federal and state law, and addresses issues related to valuation and finance.
Real estate transactions permit and require more negotiation than most other exchanges of goods and services, and, as a result, much of a real estate salesperson's job involves trying to craft mutually acceptable deals for the various parties involved. This course is designed to help you improve these critical negotiation skills.
This course provides an introduction to the basics of real estate financing including qualifying the borrower and the property in the underwriting process, various types of financing available, and closing the sale.
This course is designed to be a flexible tool for both novice and professional. We have highlighted the essential financial concepts for particular emphasis. The textbook for the course is divided into three-chapter increments for a total of 6 parts. Each section covers a specific area of interest and eliminates the need to wade through all the material to find the desired subject matter.
