Nevada Real Estate Continuing Education

All licensees renewing for the first time are required by the Nevada Real Estate Division to complete 30 hours of real estate continuing education. You are then required to complete 24 hours of education every renewal cycle after the first. All renewals must include a minimum of 3 hours on the following subjects: Agency, Ethics, Contracts, and Law. The remaining balance can be on any approved general real estate continuing education subject.
