This pre-license course begins with an introduction of various types of real estate careers, activities, companies, and governmental agencies that regulate the industry. There is a test at the end of the course to gauge how well you’ve absorbed the material.
Washington Real Estate Practices
As of July 1, 2010, all aspiring real estate brokers are required to take this 30-hour Washington Real Estate Practices course before you can take the real estate license exam. This course is designed to teach the most pertinent topics relating to the industry, including Agency Relationships, Listing Agreements, Evaluating and Pricing Property, Negotiation and Sales Techniques, Purchasing and Sales Agreements, Residential Finance and The Closing Process, and much more.
