Vermont Real Estate Continuing Education
Salespersons or Brokers applying for renewal of licenses must have completed a total of 16 hours of continuing education during the two-year period immediately preceding renewal (April 1, 2008 thru March 31, 2010). 4 hours of the 16 must be the required mandatory course.
Note: An individual licensed for less than one year (from the original issue date to the current expiration date) must only complete the four hour mandatory course. Individuals licensed for more than one year must complete all 16 hours, which includes the four hour mandatory course.
