30 Hour Complete Washington Real Estate CE

To be able to qualify for a subsequent WA real estate license renewal, salespersons and brokers are required by the Washington State Department of Licensing to complete 30 hours of approved real estate CE. This means individuals should complete courses by the seat hours every two years, following their first renewal. The first license renewal requires salespersons and brokers to complete 90 hours of CE credits.
The 30 hour continuing education program offered by agentcampus spans 3 hours of mandatory core course (Current Issues in the WA Residential Real Estate) and 27 hours worth of electives. Salespersons and brokers who have been licensed after July 1, 2010 must also take the three-hour Transition course as a one-time requirement. Students have the option to choose from three 30-hour CE programs with a predefined outline or choose their own real estate approved courses from individual courses library.

Washington Real Estate CE Important Information
The Washington Department of Licensing is requiring individuals to renew their license in Washington every 2 years. However, the state also requires an individual to get a total of 30 clock hours from individual CE courses to before fully renewing their licenses as brokers.

Not only is this substance highly addictive, it’s inexpensive to produce and easy to use, but the chemicals used in processing this drug are volatile with very toxic by-products. This course is designed to heighten the knowledge and awareness of the imminent dangers, not only to the populace, but to the environment and its effects on consumers, clients, real property ownership, and the real estate practitioner. Students will learn about the history of meth, its composition, how to recognize a meth lab, the cost and time involved in remediation of a meth lab, and where to obtain additional, updated information so they may stay apprised of new laws, polices and the latest methods for meth lab detection.
State Requirements
Washington Broker Education Requirements
To qualify for a broker’s license, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Successfully complete 90 hours of approved real estate education within 2 years before applying for the exam. This education must include:
A 60-hour course in Real Estate Fundamentals.
A 30-hour course in Real Estate Practices.
Pass the broker’s exam.
Washington Broker Continuing Education Requirements
When you may renew your broker’s license, you must provide proof you have completed all the required continuing education:
First active renewal (licensed before July 1, 2010)
30-hour Real Estate Practices Course
30 hours of approved continuing education, including:
3-hour Core Course
3-hour Transition Course
First active renewal (licensed after July 1, 2010)
30-hour Advanced Practices Course
30-hour Real Estate Law Course
30 hours of approved continuing education, including a 3-hour Core Course.
Subsequent active renewals
30 hours of approved continuing education, including a 3-hour Core Course.
Inactive renewals
No continuing education required to renew an inactive license.
